Launch Point LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) is the owner and operator of the ESC Hub software platform (“ESC Hub”) and The Escapepreneur brand (“The Escapepreneur”). This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, products, programs, and digital services operated by Launch Point LLC, including ESC Hub and The Escapepreneur (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).

We recognize that your privacy is important. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal and other information relating to you and, where applicable, your clients (“Clients”).

By using the Site and/or Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Site and Services.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to the primary address on your account and/or via a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site and Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Administrative and service-related emails may still be sent as necessary.

Age Requirements

Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect PII from minors.

Public Areas

Information voluntarily shared in public areas of the Site (e.g., forums or communities) may be viewed or collected by third parties. This Policy does not apply to publicly posted content.

9. GDPR: European or UK Data Subjects

Users may upload or process personal data belonging to individuals located in the EU or UK through the ESC Hub platform or through The Escapepreneur programs.

Our Role Under GDPR

For data uploaded or managed by our clients, Launch Point LLC acts as a data processor.


Our clients (or their customers) act as data controllers determining the purpose and means of processing.

We process such data solely on the instructions of the controller and in accordance with:

  • GDPR

  • UK GDPR

  • Applicable data protection laws

  • Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

We ensure that:

  • A valid DPA is in place with each client

  • Appropriate safeguards and technical measures are implemented

  • Subprocessors are listed and reviewed

  • International transfers comply with legal requirements

This includes all data processed through ESC Hub or The Escapepreneur websites, products, or digital programs.
