Are there any additional costs?
ESC Hub comes packed with everything you need to launch and grow your business. A few extra services sit outside the core plans, entirely optional, for when you want them. Here is exactly what they cost.
Calls and text messages
Calls and texts are not included in your plan. They run on a simple credit system you top up inside your account, so you only ever pay for what you use.
If you send texts to US numbers, US regulations require every sender to register and pay a small monthly fee. That is not an ESC Hub fee. We collect it on your behalf and pay it straight to the carrier.

Call rates
All call rates are per minute and apply to calls you make. Receiving calls is billed separately depending on your number.

Text message rates

A text up to 160 characters counts as one message. Longer texts, or texts with emojis and special characters, are split into multiple parts and charged per part.

Phone numbers
Each active phone number costs roughly $1.00 to $2.50 per month, depending on the region. Rates differ from country to country.
WhatsApp integration is $29.99 per month. It includes unlimited customer-initiated messaging at no extra cost, as long as you reply within 24 hours. That 24-hour window restarts each time the customer responds, so unlike SMS it is not charged per message.
Business-initiated messages are charged per message. If the customer replies, a 72-hour window opens for unlimited messaging. For full detail, see the WhatsApp pricing guide.
Premium services
These optional add-ons are there if you want them. They are not part of the core system.
- Premium Triggers and Actions: $0.02 per action ($10 = 500 actions)
- Workflow AI: $0.06 per action ($10 = 165 prompts, first 100 free)
- Content AI: $0.18 per 1,000 words and $0.12 per image ($10 = 55,000 words)
